Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Mmoall about your use of the Mmoall platform — the website, the dashboard, the deploy, VPS and domain services, and the related APIs (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, ticking the agreement box, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms, and “you” includes that organisation.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Mmoall provides a platform for deploying and running your applications on our infrastructure. Not every part is generally available yet:

• Deploy: build from your source or a GitHub repo and run the app — live.
• VPS: virtual servers — in preparation, not on sale yet.
• Domains: registering and managing domain names — in preparation, not on sale yet.

We publish the status of each part honestly. See the product roadmap at Roadmap.

To use most of the Service you need an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian as required by law.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password and tell us right away.

Every new user gets a personal workspace. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; what deletion entails is described under Suspension and termination.

Mmoall offers a free plan and paid plans with different limits. Each plan's limits are shown in the dashboard and on the pricing page.

For paid services, you agree to pay the fees of the plan you choose. Taxes apply as required by Vietnamese law. If prices change, we notify you before the change takes effect for the next billing cycle.

Much of the billing flow is still being finished. Before any paid service is officially on sale, we will publish the full terms on fees, renewals and refunds in this section.

When using the Service, you must not:

• Break Vietnamese law or any law that applies to you, including laws on cybersecurity and intellectual property.
• Distribute malware, attack, scan, or otherwise interfere with our systems or anyone else's without authorisation.
• Abuse shared resources — for example crypto mining, sending spam, or generating abnormal load that affects other users.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or content prohibited by law.

You also must not run untrusted third-party code, and should not process sensitive personal data or high-risk data on the platform, until we ship and publish hardware-level isolation. The details are in Data policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules — see Suspension and termination.

You keep all rights to your Customer Content — source code, data, domains and everything you upload or create on the platform. These terms transfer no ownership of it to us.

You grant us the minimum rights needed to operate the Service for you: to store, copy within our systems, build, run and transmit your Customer Content — solely to provide the Service, for no other purpose. How we handle Customer Content is described in Data policy.

You are responsible for your Customer Content and for having the legal right to it. For your end users' personal data, you are the data controller; the corresponding duties are set out in the Data Policy.

The Mmoall platform's own brand, interface, source code and documentation belong to the operator of Mmoall. These terms grant you no rights to those assets beyond using the Service in the ordinary way.

The platform is still being built. We work to keep the Service stable but do not yet commit to an uptime level (SLA), and the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or incidents.

Several protections you might expect are not in place yet — no scheduled backups, no audit log, no per-project virtual-machine isolation. We spell each one out in Data policy, Privacy policy, and track progress on Roadmap.

Because there are no backups, you must keep your own copy of anything important. Do not use Mmoall as the only place you store data you cannot afford to lose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those the law requires — including any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose of yours.

These terms do not exclude any rights that Vietnamese law — including the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 — gives you and does not allow to be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — for example lost revenue, data lost because you kept no backup, or business interruption.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited — for example harm caused by our wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the Service or other users, or when the law requires it. Where circumstances allow, we give notice first.

When an account is deleted or terminated, running applications stop, custom domains and deployments tied to the account are removed, and Customer Content is deleted or anonymised in line with the Data policy, except what we must keep to meet a legal obligation. Export your data before deleting.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination — for example ownership, warranty disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.

If a dispute arises, the parties will try to resolve it by negotiation first. If that fails, the dispute goes to a competent court in Vietnam as provided by law.

As a consumer, you keep all rights under the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023.

When these terms change, we update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. The version shown is always the one in effect.

For changes that materially affect your rights, we notify you by email or on the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version.
